The platform is a 2014 IS. Conducted in conjunction with deviantart.com the 2013 winner was selected by judges from Toyota's Calty Design Center, <em>Motor Trend</em> magazine, Lexus marketing personnel and VIP Auto Salon; the latter which will build the car. The winner is Rob Evans who hails from Seattle, WA, and went the distance adding race-worthy fender flares, a ton of hardcore body mods, hunkered stance and deep-dish wheels.
