Hyundai chief faces resentencing after court ruling
      

SEOUL (Reuters) - South Korea's Supreme Court on Friday
overturned a court ruling on a suspended jail term for Hyundai
Motor Group  Chairman Chung Mong-koo, which could
lead to his resentencing for fraud and embezzlement.
