The nifty device was developed by the Zensorium company and features optical sensing technology that quantifies and compares fitness and relaxation levels. Once users place their fingertips on the device's sensor, it quantifies heart rate, blood oxygen levels, respiratory rate and heart rate variability. Heart rate, blood oxygen and respiratory rate measure cardiorespiratory fitness while heart rate variability is used to monitor the autonomic nervous system for signs of stress.</p><br clear="all"/>
