Signature voice Carl Kasell retiring from NPR

WASHINGTON (AP) â€" Carl Kasell, a signature voice of NPR News for decades, is stepping down from the comedy news quiz show "Wait, Wait ... Don't Tell Me!" and retiring from the network this spring.
