Like its Nokia Lumia 630 and Lumia 635 siblings, the newcomer features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 SoC with 1.2 GHz quad-core CPU, 4.5" display, and 5 MP main camera. However, the Nokia Lumia 638 packs 1 GB of RAM - twice as much as the rest of the budget-friendly lineup.
