For many of us, it's a bit out of our price range. Hell, I can barely afford to get into an old Civic, let alone a brand new Lexus. Plus, the brand typically associates itself more with luxury than raw performance. But walking through SEMA last year, this sleek and modest, yet performance-focused IS stopped me in my tracks. I can remember dropping my backpack on the ground and snapping photos like I was paparazzi using both my SLR and iPhone (had to Instagram that shit!). This Lexus wasn't just fresh because it was one of the first modified third-gen ISs, but it was built the way we would have wanted it. Clean exterior, race-inspired interior and an engine bay and chassis that are all about going fast on the street and around a road course. While a Lexus might not be for all of us, this car is the epitome of what <em>Super Street</em> tuning is about.
