They don't have any vaccines in their storage,&quot; said Dorit Nitzan, who heads WHO's country office in Ukraine. The shortage raises deep concerns that polio could break out in Ukraine, Nitzan said, pointing out that the crippling disease that mainly hits young children &quot;usually comes in countries in turmoil.&quot; The conflict in eastern Ukraine has killed more than 2,700 people and forced more than half a million people to flee their homes, according to UN figures.</p><br clear="all"/>
