why when i block PMs my chat room stucks

I cant block PMs cuz my chat room would be stuck and i cant go to a room either, i must click on a different room for it to go to the old room i choose. My friend has the same problem, but when i chat at internet cafe its fine. Is there anyway to fix it?

id its a software such as yahoo / msn ... try installing it all again

it's yahoo, i tried to reinstall it too, and tried to do the disk clean up and disk defragment the other person told me in yahoo answers but it didnt work either

i think ur computer contain few virusez
also it might stick if u dont have flash installed if java or u might be behind a firewall or a program blocking the chat script

I reinstalled windows again, my pc was slow and hang up sometimes, but i still can't block PMs. I tried to install flash too, but didn't help

i guess you installed something did that
i dont think flash helps
but if u block pms and wait does it solve the prob
cuz sometime i face this in slow connection it takes ages to block
