There are several Rules, Guidelines & Regulations are set for this to work smoothly
- PLEASE always login to your username because this is the only way to communicate with other members. Don't leave your email asking to be contacted by, instead just register a username and other people will contact you by PM or by the email you registered by
- Follow the template for finding requesting or posting a job which is available at the bottom of this post.
- Neglecting the guidelines will cause your request getting neglected

[2] Many people can apply to the job and the job poster will choose the required number of people s/he wants for the job.
[3]Describe you qualifications in details according to the template and if you got a remade CV you can always show it
[ 4] Be patient when you reply for a job, just keep checking your PM inbox (or other methods) checking for any messages from the job provider
[5]Make sure to setup your profile details so that jobs providers will be able to contact you and find more information and details about you. Being a good member at the boards will give you a better reputation and stars which motivates job providers choosing you.
[6]Sharing your portfolio and accomplishments is always recommended

[1] If you want to hire or employ someone Here you can post job opportunities for other people by creating a new topic. Please describe in the post the requested employee’s qualifications to get the perfect people for the job.

[6]Once you choose the people you want for the job pleases lock your topic by a link called ‘Lock topic’ at the bottom of your topic. At this stage replying a comment saying that the job is taken will be helpful to other people searching for a job.
[7]Posting the salary amount will always attract more people to your job.
[8] Members should reply to your post informing you that they are interested. You can contact them later on by the way you want (via, phone, PM or email.)
[9] Checking the member profile of who took your job will give you contact his/her details location Stars Reputation and many more. This will give you a preview of what this member can be.
[10] Posting in your topic subject something like [Job Opportunity] or so will be helpful
[11] Filling up your profile will give other members more details about you ( location reputation …)
