Entire iPhone 17 family to have high refresh rate screens

...Apple has so far succeeded in gatekeeping high-refresh rate screens for its Pro smartphones, even as its Android competitors have brought 120 Hz refresh rates to even lower-midrange handsets. Things, however, may finally be changing next year.......According to a new report, the entire iPhone 17 line will have ProMotion displays - ProMotion is Apple's unnecessary trademark for high refresh rate displays.............Unfortunately, it's not clear whether the iPhone 17 will get a 120 Hz refresh rate, like the Pros have been enjoying for years now, or if Apple will try and gatekeep some more and go......
