NY's Cuomo probes local governments on use of consultants
      

NEW YORK (Reuters) - New York state is widening its probe of how local governments paid consultants to determine whether they wrongly got benefits, including pensions, that should only be paid to public servants, state attorney general Andrew Cuomo said on Tuesday.
