Police in Sullivan's Island, South Carolina, captured Justin Collin Adams after he allegedly hit a parent and two children in a church parking lot then took off.

Justin Collin Adams was found and arrested Thursday night, according to the Mount Pleasant Police Department.

Sullivan's Island Police Department Chief Glenn Meadows said a car pulled into You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login just before 1 p.m. and hit a parent and two children.

The adult and one child were taken to the hospital in stable condition, Meadows said. The other child was treated at the scene and released to another parent.

Authorities would not confirm if the crash was intentional.
