why my offline message dont work

i think we already talked about go to preference, if not i already tried it too anyway, and i dont think my case is like what they answer in that site cuz i sent myself offline msgs and then signed in my id right away but still couldnt receive them
so maybe i will try the lastest solution but im not very clear, im in regedit and file and export but the save box is empty i dont know what to save

try first the last trick if i dont work then
its simple just uninstall messneger
go to regedit
hkey_current_use then go to software then right click on yahoo and delete it

alsways make sure to leave a backup

i managed to backup, and deleted yahoo folder and reinstalled yahoo again but still cant receive offline messages

now try this i found iut that thats the only way which a member control to disable the messages

ok here is the best solution so farTry to do this when u talk online with 1 of your contacts go at preferences, general and privacy and check ur settings with them
