why my offline message dont work

why cant i receive offline message in yahoo messenger, even i reinstalled another yahoo?

the offline messages only appear if someone sent you a message when u are not offline
They dont show only if you have messages

i dont think its an error in the messenger cuz i rarly do i receave offline messages
yesterday i receaved 3 the first time since 6 months

I cant receive my offline messages for many months, then i sent myself an offline message by another id, then i log in my old id and couldnt receive it either

no its possible to disable them they should appear try resending the messages
anyways am going to serach 4 u on the net and see if there is a way to disable and enable this feature
i will reply when i find anything and give what i found
