RBS planning rights issue next week: source
(Reuters)

Reuters - Royal Bank of Scotland is set to
announce a rights issue next week, an industry source said, in
a move which analysts believe could raise 9 billion pounds
($17.8 billion) and lead to similar action by other banks.
