News Bar 1.2 (PHP Version)
This tool allows you to organize your notices in a great simple way and also display them in 2 methods
the first in the form of a news page and the other using a News bar that you can through it any place that first in your site
This package includes simple fast automatic installation and form for adding news items.
In this version you have control to show the news flashes which you like that is you can limit the displayed news flashes by date or by id (ex from news of ID 59 to 70)
This allows you to remove automatically "Down-to-date" news and you have the ability to post upcoming news items before there due date and in a simple way you can display them
