My dog is a male and we are facing some serious problems inside the house so we have put him in one of my balconies! He is eager to eat anything ! I think he wants to play but he is biting everybody so my parents are shouting at him dont do that but he continues

Yesterday my father went to a dog doctor and he told him it is categorically forbidden to keep such a dog inside the house as he is too dangerous and aggressive and may blow everything !

Whats your opinion !?

well for a 1 month dog that is really odd
usually young dogs shouldnt be aggressive but they do bite your fingers as there teeth are growing up
basicly i thing is that you should be the boss and not every one at home
You should be his leader he should listen to your commands but also should still love you because bitting happenes if the dog was treated violently
anyways have the dog been with another owner before you got it

Finally i think you need to take control over the dog before discarding him and taking away from ur house
If you can get close to him hold him from his chest using your 2 hands having your hands under his arams and hold him as far as you can get from your body, in this case the dog will try to escape for a short period but he will reach a stage when he finds out that he can't do anything and there is someone Stronger than him and he got a boss
By this you can show him that you are his boss and what you say will happen
try to control him as a last shot

Is the dog that young that dangerous ? i dont think so
Please don't give up and get rid of the dog because i got one which was crazy and a big bitter but i was able to get back the control over him and i was never bitten by him although he bit other people
