i have alot of ties with work and other things (so very little free time)

just wondering, i looked for this but didnt see it, is this service, post to host? ie ex amount of posts a week or month etc etc?

for now its one time posting
I hate the idea when one makes most of his clients by posting so i set it free
make good posts at the start and thats it . Then to support us and keep our site and server providing free services keep passing by these forums so that we benefit from the ads displayed and help us finance our services
We are not looking to make the forums full of spam because when we ask users to post to get the hosting they will post rubbish just to get it
So make few good posts from time to time and thats perfect
