How to Install an Internal CD-Drive in Computer
To install CD-RW first shutting down your computer and unplugging it and Remove the outer cover from your computer.
Set your CD-RW to the "slave or Master" position by placing the jumper pin in the correct position then Slide your CD-RW into an available drive panel on your computer.
   

Connect the 40-pin IDE cable to the rear of your CD-RW. Make sure that side of the cable with the thin colored line is connected to the right side of your CD-RW. Also, be sure NOT to use the same IDE cable to connect your CD-RW as your hard drive is connected to, this could result in severe complications with your computer.
Finally, connect your power cable to the rear of your CD-RW.
Replace the cover of your computer and startup your computer.
Install any software required software.
Start on your way to creating your very own audio CDs, as well as Cds containing pictures and other data.
