France: Electronic Alcohol Tests Mandatory?

<font size="1">After 2 drinks, the risk exists</font></div></td></tr></table>France likes its booze and its public holidays. But both do not mix. Last weekend was a 5 day weekend, and it resulted in a record number of road fatalities; 19 so far.



Alcohol is the biggest contributing factor, and the government has decided to do something about it. It's not drastic (yet), but we'll see how it pans out.
