>1. Focus on the present, not the elapse alternatively future

When we are very youth, we give tiny if any thought or attention to past and hereafter merely prefer, we live in the perennial immediately. In act so, we were fully present to our experience (preferably than our thinking).
Adults are all going to experience life differently to young babies, but focusing on the present moment helps us :-
develops useful skills and attitudes

avoid adding to the heaviness of time we levy on ourselves with our past/future regret, anxiety, grudges, should'ves, if  />
be aware of the life, aliveness or consciousness in all things and our linkage to them, which revitalises us
playing outside time
5. Open, relax, accept and breathe
The more we open, relax and approve, the more stamina can flow through us. Relaxation,You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login, approval and openness entire assist every other.
Suggested resources: Sacred actions, yoga, stretching and knead can all help. Even simpler and more fundamentally, we can fully accept the inhalation of life, prologue our bodies along breathing profoundly and breathing into the places where we feel stuck or narrow-minded. And we can transform more open, easeful and flexible by playing more.
6. Live with an open heart
Hardening of the heart ages human more speedily than petrifying of the arteries. Franklin Field

be more present, which helps us lest accidents, which namely the single most important factor in staying healthy
women who work with spiritual power and outside of time take on a approximate timeless quality. Simon Buxton, The Shamanic Way of the Bee
We do not have to be faultless or special to play outside time (or in the 'gap',You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login, field of all possibilities, phalanx, source, consciousness, God etc.), we simply need to surrender our sense of control and drop down into our hearts and beings. When we do this, we have a fuller, deeper sense of and connection to the present moment and our sense of time tends to either stretch or shorten. We also have a deeper connection with ourselves, others and our surroundings, which allows us to be aware of and present to much namely we would otherwise miss. Our natural mode of subsistence is 1 dimensional and our interactions shallow in approximation.
In the timeless measurement, we may also recognise that we and life are perfect, beauteous, entire, which decreases our future-based ambitioning. Surrender and decreased ambitioning both allow that which is timeless, perfect, beauteous and unique in us to bright through our outer shells, which can give us an ageless quality
4. Cultivate intuition and creativity
Playing in the breach also makes us more intuitive and ingenious, qualities we can refine separately. The benefits include :-
being less caught up in and dependent on our reasonable ideas and accordingly more present

rather than focusing on personalities, our own and other people's, which do not persevere, we send someone that is timely (relevant to the moment) from the timeless into our workaday world
relax the tiring and, hence, aging, habit of non-productive thinking.
Whenever and however you can (e.g. leave your watch off, limit unhelpful time narrated considering) forget approximately time.
2. Live open-ended, present based questions
Focusing on the present does not exclude the possibility of positive change. On the inverse, it increases the probability of it. An telling way to converge on being present and facilitate the alteration we want to discern, is to ask open-ended questions and pay attention to what is then different. Since we can only consciously placard a microscopic fragment of 'reality', lets placard what's most helpful.
