Overcoming Bitterness To Become A Better You
Regardless of who you are or where you’re from,You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login, each of us has the capacity to become bitter at times. Life simply has a way of presenting circumstances that if not dealt with properly can leave us bitter within. Bitterness is an extremely unhealthy emotion that depletes you of any joy you may possess and cause you to become less than you were created to be.
One must recognize that to be a bitter person is not a normal characteristic. Bitterness evolves from a progressive state of unhealthy emotions that have been left un- dealt with. One never starts out being a bitter person; bitterness generally follows hurt feelings as a result of an offense. Even unforgiveness that has been left unresolved can turn to bitterness,You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login, but it is not normal to be a bitter person.
If you are dealing with bitterness you can overcome it to become a better you. You can be the man or woman God intended for you to be: a person of great character and integrity, who has the prospect of achieving their goals, dreams and ultimately their destiny.
Life is too short to live in a continual state of conflict. Therefore you must strive to rise above bitterness to become the best you that you can be. You will be a person of a greater influence and have a greater impact on others without bitterness in your life.
So the question is,You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login, how do you overcome bitterness?

Therefore it is imperative to face life as it comes. Pastor and Life Coach Paula White said, “Deal with it,You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login, you can’t conquer what you don’t confront.” Such a profound observation in that you will never overcome what you neglect to confront.     You are not allowed to view links. Yet the greatest way to prevent bitterness from taking root is be a forgiving person. Do not allow things to build up on the inside but rather learn to let them go.
3.Choose to be happy…I have learned that it takes more energy to be unhappy as it does to be happy. Focus on the things you can change and regard the things you can’t as something not worth the trouble. Life is full of choices; in order to be better and not bitter you have to choose to be happy. Difficult I know,You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login, however, it is a discipline that will only benefit you in the long run.
