We have run this 2 years ago and i liked to organize this once more
i have got agreed upon with RD Staff to run this lottery
one number between  1 and 5000 is the secret number
Reply here your guess, if you get it you will win 20,000RD$ which worth around 500US$ (taking the rate as 0.025)
