Corp Express in $2.7 bln deal to buy France's Lyreco
PARIS/AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - Corporate Express , a Dutch office supplier fighting off a hostile takeover from U.S. rival Staples Inc , agreed to buy French rival Lyreco, valuing the company at 1.73 billion euros ($2.7 billion).
