Bondholders challenge BCE appeal to Supreme Court
MONTREAL (Reuters) - Bell Canada bondholders filed a motion on Monday opposing BCE Inc's request for a speedy appeal at the Supreme Court of Canada of a lower court decision that imperils the C$34.8 billion ($35.2 billion) buyout of the telecommunications company.
