Calif calls for reform of "unfair" muni ratings
NEW YORK (Reuters) - California is spearheading efforts by municipal bond issuers to reform "unfair" ratings that cost taxpayers billions of dollars, a spokesman for the state Treasurer Bill Lockyer said on Monday.
