Bush urges Congress to end offshore oil drill ban
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President George W. Bush on Wednesday urged Congress to end a ban on offshore oil drilling, responding to consumer anxiety over record-high gasoline prices with a plan sure to anger environmentalists.
