 Hello Saneesh,

When u login to your Cpanel You will find at the top something like this

Last login from: xxx.xxx.x.x (IP)

From that you will be able to find whether your cpanel is hacked or not. It is not necessary that the hacker should use your cpanel to edit the webpages, Hacker can use some scripts and run that through browser. So if you feel that your site is hacked and cannot find another IP other than your's, then please contact the technical support and ask them to search for hack attempts. They will surely be able to track the hacker.
