Top Army official sees training limits to 2010
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Army will not be able to train for the full spectrum of military threats facing the United States before 2010 at the earliest because of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the force's top civilian said on Monday.
