Well, I had this video series long ago, just too lazy to upload, I even had it before I made my OoE videos. Hehe, anyway, a quick review of Julius Belmont in AoS. Basically he's just like any typical extra modes from previous games. You can access all places immediately and you start extra strong with no levels. Surprisingly, Julius gets more powerful each time you get a Soul Orb from bosses that you kill. Well, for attacks, he has the old Belmont sub weapons less the knife and you have the trusty old Vampire Killer with you, Julius can do a high jump which deals damage as he performs an uppercut similar to his ancestor, Richter Belmont. He moves really fast much like how Grant moved fast in Castlevania III, can double jump and perform jump kicks as well and best of all, Julius has this amazingly wondeful back dash which makes him invincible and instead of going backwards, he'd move forward retaining invincibility while doing so. Mastering his backdash is the key to defeating his mode like a piece of cake. Anyway, the first boss can easily be trashed by just throwing a holy water and attacking like 1-2 times, and poof he's dead.
