Fish deheading and gutting machine. During last year ,beside the regular orders we have developed the nobbing machine for small pelagic fish based on sucessful construction of Soviet capelin cutting mashine. Updated and remodeled demo machine has showed very good results on Baltic herring and sprats.But it must be suitable for sardines as well.
On the existing demo machine we have made the cutting "heads" for 3 grades, easy adjustable- it takes around 10 min. to change it.
1. fish from 9-12 cm
2. fish from 11-14 cm
3. fish from 13-16 cm
for bigger fish is no sense to use this type of mashine,because VMK and BAADER machines are more accurate and You can go directly to filetting.
This is typical machine for canning sector- very efficient- 500 -600 fish/min.
in 1 hour You can process ~350/400 kg 1.grade
2.nd grade ~500/600 kg/h
3.grade ~700/800 kg/h
