Voluntary cuts to LaGuardia operations sought
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. aviation regulators are pressing airlines to voluntarily trim operations at congested LaGuardia airport, after plans to auction takeoff and landing rights at three New York airports was stayed by a court.<div class="feedflare">
