Chapter FIVE
Nick's POV-
I cleaned up the mess in the kitchen, got everyones drinks and took them in the living room. "What happened to Bella?" Kevin asked. "Umm... She spilled the drinks on her." "She hasn't changed one bit has she?" Joe asked. "I guess not..." I laughed. Less than five minutes later, Bella came down the stairs in sweats and with her iPod in her hand, and she started walking toward the front door. I followed her. "Bella! Wait!" She stopped right at the door and turned to look at me, but didn't say anything. "Can we talk?" I said at a whisper, I didn't want us to be like this. She looked down then look back up at me. "Nick, I don-" "Bella, I know I hurt you, But I can't stand us being like this, We're best friends.." She stayed quiet for a minute. "Were, Were best friends, Nick." I looked down. "Bella..." I looked back up at her, directly at her eyes. "I'm really sorry...." "Nick, 'Sorry' is just a word." She walked out the door. Ouch.
Bella's POV-
I walked out the door, put my headphones in my ears and turned my ipod on full blast, trying my hardest not to cry. Because I know I hurt him, bad. And it hurt me to know that I did. He was my best friend, but I don't think we could be anymore. As I walked down the Side walk, Just walking, not really going to a certain place, It started raining. But I didn't care, I wasn't going back to that house untill the boys were gone, or at least Nick. I switched to a different song on my ipod and Sang along to the lyircs....
"Shut up and let me go

Nick's POV-
I walked back into the living room after five mintues. Can't believing what just happened. Kevin jumped up. "Where's Bella?" "She left." I said in a monotoned voice. "Dude It's pouring outside!!" I didnt say anything. "I think we should go" Joe spoke up. "Yeah.." Kevin agreed. "The girls gave them hugs, and I heard Kevin whisper something into Rachel's ear, that I don't he wanted me to hear. "Call me and tell me if she gets back here safe, ok?" "I will, don't worry" I sighed and walked out the door with Joe and Kevin following me soon after....
