Lebanon cabinet oks 2 operators for the 2 cellular network
Beirut - The Ministry of Communication received last Friday 3 sealed bids to operate Lebanon's two cellular networks from three separate bidders; France telecom, Cairo-based Orascom Telecommunications and Kuwait-based Zain .
