White House weighs high-speed rail investment
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Obama administration is seriously considering an effort to develop high speed passenger rail service, an initiative long on planning but unrealized nationally because of financial and logistical hurdles and insufficient political backing.<div class="feedflare">
