NEW YORK (Reuters) - Average U.S. retail gasoline prices rose in the past two weeks as early signs emerged that demand was finally rebounding after motorists' lengthy aversion to high pump prices, according to the latest nationwide Lundberg survey on Sunday.<div class="feedflare">
