omg! - <p>Los Angeles reporter Serene Branson's garbled speech on air Sunday night was caused by a "complex migraine," her doctor told the Los Angeles Times.</p><p>According to Dr. Neil Martin, chief of neurosurgery at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, a complex migraine can mimic the symptoms of a stroke, including headache, weakness, loss of vision and difficulty speaking. Martin spoke to the Times with Branson's permission.</p>
