Young man with autism still seeking higher education after appeal to Obama<p>More than a year after asking President Obama for help in going to college, 21-year-old Billy Pagoni is refusing to give up on his hopes for a higher education. Diagnosed with severe autism at 18 months old, Billy has just completed his senior year of high school and has enrolled in a special vocational program for people with developmental disabilities.</p>
