if you press joystick(left arrow key) left and hold it for 1-2 seconds you will go directly to first shortcut.
If you press it right and hold you will go to find contact menu.
Anywhere in wap, pressing and holding the joystick or YES button takes you to the
options menu...
To jump to the contacts that start with a certain letter, just keep pressing your contacts name's first letter.
Shortcut for last dialed call menu:
First press 0 then #
