Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, a Democrat, scheduled meetings with other lawmakers. Ex-Im offers financing to foreign buyers of U.S. goods, providing loan guarantees and insurance to local exporters as well as credit to purchasers abroad of U.S. exports.
