After a shaky performance at President Donald Trump's inaugural ball that sparked concern among fans on social media, Billy Ray Cyrus said his onstage mishap was just part of "rock 'n' roll."

In a statement to People magazine Tuesday, Cyrus said, "I wouldn't have missed the honor of playing this event whether my microphone, guitar and monitors worked or not.
