Alliance Data ends merger agreement with Blackstone
LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Alliance Data Systems Corp said on Friday it has terminated its $6.76 billion merger agreement with Blackstone Group LP affiliates and has sued to win a $170 million business interruption payment.
