How to change display message on startup in windows XP?

If you want to change your display message or any other message in a pop-up window when windows starts, fellow given steps:

 

Click Start button then Run and here type regedit and OK 
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\
Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

Modify the key legalnoticecaption with your name or what you want to name the window.
Modify the key legalnoticetext with what you want the window to say.
Close all programs and Restart your system for change.
