HP close to deal to buy EDS for $12-13 billion
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Hewlett-Packard Co is close to a deal to buy technology outsourcing company Electronic Data Systems Corp for $12 billion to $13 billion, a source briefed on the matter said on Monday.
