well as of this time I never heared of free internet browsing using pc or even on mobile phone...and maybe it will only become cheaper the charged in the future because of internet network competition...who knows on tomorrow's to come there will be a $billioner people that will offer us a free internet browsing and as well as chatting...but don't end up there.....

wifi is a feature in cell phones unfortunatly you dont have
anyways this allows you to connect to the internet through wireless networks hot spots in your area such as restaurants work schools/collages etc....
though not all places are free
some are open to the public other might have a little charge 2 b paid
BUT if i were you i'd rather make stuff more practical & subscribe in a wap | gprs connection
