I appreciate you trying to help. The code didn't work. I contacted Nokia tech service, and they think its a problem with the phone. I am going to have to send it to them to have it repaired unless you have another alternative. Thanks again.

I didn't lose my security code.  My phone is locked to TMobile and i need to unlock to be able to use it with ATT. This is the lock code I need. Can you help?

How is this code entered into the phone?... Is this the "restriction code"?... I have a strange condition. My phone does work, but at times I get INSERT SIM, and then I get a screen that says "enter restriction code" and i can't get out of that screen without turning the phone off. After turning the phone back on it will work.
