Can you guys help me unlock this nokia 6086

Service provider: Rogers
I called Rogers and asked for the codes but they said they can't unlock it for me and its up to me to have it unlocked in any way....i was very pissed but nothing i can do but hanging up so please help me with the codes. I'd really appreciate.
