OK. I am having problems.
I quit AT&T 3 weeks ago, but I can no longer switch on my phone, as it mentions inactive SIM or something like that. I have moved to Australia, and wanted to use another SIM. From this unresponsive phone, is it possible to unlock? I have tried to contact AT&T lots of times. When I was in the US, and rang cutomer service, they refused to even consider unlocking the phone. On the internet, I can see even on the AT&T site that someone obtained a code for their son who was overseas... so why wouldn't they help?
If you could please suggest a course of action I could take, I would really appreciate it.
