ABOARD AIR FORCE ONE (Reuters) - President George W. Bush has full confidence in Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke and he backed the latest steps taken to boost liquidity in financial markets, White House spokeswoman Dana Perino said on Tuesday.
