Police catch would-be bank thief 'red-handed'

AP - Police said they caught a would-be thief red-handed, literally, outside a bank. Riley County Police and Pottawatomie County deputies responding to an alarm at Community First Bank early Thursday found a 19-year-old man bleeding from cuts to his hands and arms.
